Nosh is a dichotomy of sorts. On the one had, I had gotten to the level of extreme frustration and disappointment after 3 failed attempts at even getting into the deli. Every time we went for dinner, they had either sold out of everyting during lunch, or changed their hours, or were just randomly closed, with no signage explaining why. After failed attempt number 3, I informed my wonderful other half, that I was no longer interested in even trying out the esablishment.

Well ... he managed to talk me into it (of course). And here's where the other half of the dichotomy comes in... The food was well worth attempt number 4...

I'll get out of the way now, that I wasn't really a fan of the appetizers (we ordered a knish, and latkas). But the actual meals were to die for. He had the open faced roast beef with gravy, and I ordered a triple decker (The Elliot) that came with pastrami, and corned beef, with all the trimmings.

The meat was so tender, it literally fell apart. The sandwich was so big, I took home more than half of it... Yes, Nosh is a bit on the pricey side (2 meals, 2 appetizers, 2 drinks = $37), but we received a lot of food, and top notch main courses.
