A horrible week with my NFL picks, both my best bets and regular plays were below 500 for the first time in awhile. I am however very happy with my Giants as they beat Dallas and yeah I know no Romo no Dez but the Giants are also missing a pass rush and Cruz so I don't feel like we won just because Romo and Dez were out. Carolina is on a mission and I for one am very happy I got them at 30-1 to win the NFC it's a long shot but I bet the odds are a lot lower now. Oakland demolished San Diego (thanks Moose LOL) and Baltimore can't catch a break or a long pass for that matter. Well enough about last week below are my weekly and Season stats, which you can go back and check on this website.

So here we are in week 7 and I am still in the black with my best bets and regular plays, and for the way this season is going I think that is excellent. Seattle is 3-4, Carolina is 5-0, Cincy is 6-0, the NFC East is pitiful, the AFC South is worse, Baltimore is 1-5 and I could go on. When I look at the games this weekend I do see a few games that jump out at me as best bets, and back again is Moose the Greek with his LOCK of the week. So here are my picks for week 7 in the NFL. 

 

Moose the Greek says My NFL LOCK IS SAN DIEGO over OAKLAND. San Diego is -4. and I think they win by 10 or more.  They are home and Rivers will have a BIG game.  I think San Diego scores 30 pts and Oakland will not break 20…  MOOSE the GREEK has spoken....

 

 

BEST BETS

My FIRST BEST BET this week is on the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS at home giving the New York Jets 7 points. Once again I will reiterate, I will not stop picking the Pats as a best bet until they give me a reason not to. They are playing a division rival this week and I know Belichick and Brady will come up with something to get and stay ahead of the Jets by double digits, but the key to the game is the Pats defense against the Jets offense and I think this is where the Jets lose ground.  I have no problem AT ALL laying the touchdown here and making the Pats my first BEST BET of the week.

 

My SECOND BEST BET is on the PITTSBURGH STEELERS getting 3 points from the Kansas City Chiefs. I just don't feel the right team is favored here, Pittsburgh does have QB issues with Landry Jones starting this week, but KC has defensive issues which should help with Jones getting confidence with his pass plays. This will probably not only be a close game but probably not much fun watching as both teams will probably play it close to the vest.  I do however, like getting points with the Steelers so I will make them my second BEST BET for this week.  

 

My LAST BEST BET this week is on the CAROLINA PANTHERS at home giving 3 points to the Philadelphia Eagles. The NFC East in my opinion is the 2nd worst division in the league with the AFC South having that dubious title, but none of the 4 teams in the NFC East have a winning record. Carolina is coming home after a stunning come from behind win against the Seattle Seahawks, and I had them as a best bet last week. Now they are home and laying only 3 points, I just can't pass this up so I will lay the lumber and make the Panthers my last BEST BET of the week.

 

 

 

REGULAR PLAYS

As for regular plays I like Arizona at home on Monday night giving Baltimore 9 points. I also like Atlanta on the road giving 6 points to Tennessee. And finally I like the OVER 41 in the Buffalo/Jacksonville game, the OVER 45 in the Philadelphia/Carolina game and the OVER 41 in the Cleveland/St.Louis game.

All in all not a horrible week with my NFL picks. I am however very disappointed with my Giants as they just can't be Philly, although Philly didn't exactly play a great game either, both teams had more turnovers and INTs then should happen in a NFL game. I am however very pleased that I had Carolina as they not only covered but won outright. I am very pleased that I am in the black with both my best bets and regular plays as the pros are never easy to pick. Like I said with my college picks I am back home and ready to make my picks with writeups again and hopefully to get back on track. When I look at the card this weekend I don't see a lot of games that jump out at me as best bets, here are my picks for week 6 in the NFL. 

 

 

BEST BETS

My FIRST BEST BET this week is on the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS on the road giving the Indianapolis Colts 7 points. The only thing I can say about the Pats is that I will not stop picking them as a best bet until they give me a reason not to. They are unstoppable right now and with a chip on his shoulder about the Colts I can see Brady being extremely focused for this game and that is bad news for the Colts. I have no problem AT ALL laying the touchdown here and making the Pats my first BEST BET of the week.

 

My SECOND BEST BET is on the ARIZONA CARDINALS/PITTSBURGH STEELERS OVER 45. I think this number is very doable considering that all 5 games the Cardinals have played this season have gone over the total. Pittsburgh should be able to score on Arizona and I know Arizona will score on the Steelers. I like my odds here this game will go over and I will make them my second BEST BET for this week.  

 

My LAST BEST BET this week is on the CAROLINA PANTHERS on the road getting 7 points from the Seattle Seahawks. YES I know Seattle is unbeatable at home and YES I know they were in the Super Bowl last year, BUT they do not seem like they are in sync at all this year. Their offense is offensive and I think Cam will be able to points on the board and keep this game close and possibly even win this game outright. I will take the touchdown here and and make this my last BEST BET of the week.

 

 

REGULAR PLAYS

As for regular plays I like Green Bay at home giving San Diego 10 points. I also like Arizona on the road giving 3 1/2 points to Pittsburgh. And finally I like the OVER 43 in the Baltimore/San Francisco game, the OVER 44 in the Chicago/Detroit game and the OVER 40 in the Washington/New York Jets game.

It seems my time in Vegas didn't help my best bets in the NFL either. I have to say that Seattle should be looked into this is the 2nd time now that they stole a game because of the refs, so maybe they should be put under a microscope like the Patriots have been, doesn't seem Kosher that this is twice now in Seattle they won by a bad call by the refs. Well at least my Giants won and now they are 2-2 and in my opinion with the way the NFC East is going 7-9 could probably win the Division.   So below are my weekly and Season stats, which you can go back and check on this website.
