Just so everyone knows I gave the Falcons one last chance to win a game and once again they failed me, so it will be awhile before I pick them again. LOL Well the Bills are flying high right now especially since they almost blew the game and actually I believe they got lucky on that ticky tack call on 4th down but luck is with the Bills right now. Baltimore once again lost to the Chiefs and that has now taught me don't bet against the Chiefs when they play the Ravens. Well enough about last week below are my picks for this week. Also the Pats/Chiefs game has been ppd as Cam has come down with COVID, so let's hope the best for him.

My first pick is the Detroit Lions at home getting 4 1/2 points from the New Orleans Saints and I think they will cover and could win outright against the Saints. I really don't know what is wrong with the Saints right now but I am guessing that without Michael Thomas in the game and he won't be playing again this week they are just not the same team. I watched Detroit play last week and they are just not a team that ever gives up and I can see them in this game to the end and possibly winning this game outright but I will gladly take the poinst. Give me the Lions.

My next pick is on the Arizona Cardinals on the road to cover the 3 points against the Carolina Panthers. The Cardinals gave the game away last week to the Lions and they were home to boot. Carolina looks lost without McCaffrey as they kicked 5 fgs when they were in the redzone, that won't win the game this week as the Cards have plenty of weapons and I see them scoring multiple tds in this game. I really don't know why this line is so low but I for one will jump on it. Give me the Cards minus 3.

My next pick is Baltimore on the road to cover the 13 points against the Washington team. I think if the Ravens beat the Chiefs last week this line would be over 2 tds, as Washington's offense is just awful and they won't even have the crowd to help them. I figure the Ravens will be in a nasty mood and will take it out on the Washington team (what an awful name). Give me the Ravens to bounce back after losing last week.

My last pick is for the Seattle Seahawks/Miami Dolphins to go OVER 54. For me this is just simple math. They Hawks have scored 73 points the last 2 games while the Phish have scored 59. I am just guessing that both these teams play offense way better than they play defense. LOL Anyway Russell Wilson is on fire this year and you can never count out Fitzpatrick to get a hot hand or have one from the get go. I think unless they both in a week get a defense I think I am safe to say this game will go over the total and maybe even before the 4th quarter starts.

I have decided to add this little section on some of the games I was looking at. I think the Bears will cover at home against the Colts but I can't get a good read on the Colts yet. I think the Rams will beat the Giants but the Gmen are capable of backdooring this game especially if they watched the game the Rams played against the Bills. I think the Cowboys will finally win and cover a game as a favorite against the Browns but they are going to have to stop the run to do that which makes me just a tad nervous. I think the Bills are for real but I don't like laying points to the Raiders as they are not playing bad either and they are home. I do believe that the Packers will beat up on the Falcons but as much as I believe that I worry about a backdoor cover from them as I believe Julio Jones will be back. Well that's it for this week.

I will be back late Wednesday night if I have picks on the Thursday and/or Friday games.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

Looks like something happened to my week 2 picks as I posted them but I cannot find them now. Oh well something is going on with this website I just hope these picks will stay up. So last week I had Buffalo which did not cover but I did have Baltimore, San Francisco and the Rams and Tampa Bay over. So with 2 weeks under our belt the season is moving along and even without fans in the stands I am enjoying my Sundays in the fall right now. LOL So I do like a few games and O/Us this week so let's get started.

My first pick is Green Bay with 3 points will cover and could win outright against the Saints. The Saints did not look good last week without Michael Thomas in the game and he won't be playing again this week. Green Bay may not have Davante Adams but we shall see as he is doubtful now. I just think the Packers can win this game but I will take the points.

My next pick is Atlanta at home to cover the 3 points against the daBears. This pick is because I believe that one of these times the Falcons won't blow a 20 point lead and I'm banking that it will be against the Bears. I will lay the 3 points and take the Falcons.

My next pick is Baltimore at home to cover the 3 points against the Kansas City Chiefs. This is one of my favorite bets, revenge as boy does Baltimore have revenge on their mind as they have lost the last 2 games they have played against the Chiefs. I just think this time the Ravens will have enough motivation to beat the Chiefs. I really believe that being in Baltimore and revenge on their minds the Ravens will win and cover this small spread.

My last pick is for the Carolina Panthers/Los Angeles Chargers to go OVER 43. I really think the Chargers will have no problem scoring on a very porous defense in Carolina and I think it will be hard for the Chargers to keep Bridgewater and company out of the endzone as well. I see this game in the low 50s which will give me the cover and the win.

I have decided to add this little section on some of the games I was looking at. I think the Pats will cover at home against the Raiders but I really don't like the 6. I think the Rams will beat the Bills outright but I can't pull that trigger. I think the Colts will beat up the Jets but my bff likes the Jets with the points and I can't argue with him that it isn't a lot of points. I also think the Bucs will win and cover against the Broncos but I don't like betting against Denver at home. I like the over in the Philly game, the Falcons game and the Green Bay game, but not as much as the bets I have above. Well that's it for this week.

I will be back late Wednesday night if I have picks on the Thursday and/or Friday games.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

Not having a bad start to the season sweeping in week 1 and went 3-1 ATS last week, I guess I should have kept stats this year. LOL  I do have a play for the Thursday NFL game below but I don't like either the Thursday or Friday college game. The start of my picks for week 3 is below.

I have a pick on the Miami Dolphins/Jacksonville Jaguars to go OVER 47. I think both Fitzpatrick and Minshew will throw for at least 3 to 4 tds apiece, but not necessarily to their respective teams. I do like the fact that Miami put up 28 on a very stingy Bills defense. and the Jags have scored 57 in their first 2 games. It shows me both offenses are decent enough to cover this o/u number so give me the over in this game and watch it go over the number.

I will be back late Friday night with my picks on the Saturday college games.

Also as of this writing the Wake Forest, Houston, Arkansas State, and FAU games have been postponed.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

Looks like KC started off the season the way they ended it with a win and they looked good for no preseason, but I can't say the same for Houston. I do not have many picks for the rest of week 1 as I literally have no idea who is good and who is bad with no preseason games but I will do my best. Also I am not sure the 49ers and Rams are going to play as the wildfires in California are causing very bad air conditions. Below are my choices for the rest of week 1.

My first pick for a Giants fan is not good as I think Pittsburgh will cover the 6 points against the Giants. The Steelers have Big Ben back and that is good news for them and bad news for a Giants secondary that has lost some of their best players. I hope that Daniel Jones has improved but that will only happen if their offensive line can give him time to throw, but I think Pitt is just too much for them this first week.

My next pick is Buffalo to cover the 6 1/2 points against the Jets. Buffalo's defense is solid and should give Darnold and the Jets fits and keep them out of the endzone. Josh Allen has Stephon Diggs to throw to this year and that should provide enough offense to give the Bills the cover. Moose the Greek also like the Bills.

My next pick is Baltimore to cover the 7 points against the Brownies. This is one of my favorite bets, revenge as Cleveland last September beat Baltimore on their home turf and I think the Ravens will want to return the favor this year. Harbaugh's teams come out of the gate strong as in 2018 the blew the Bills out 47-3 and last year 59-10 aginst Miami. Give me the Ravens to cover this number.

My last pick is for the Tampa Bay Bucs and New Orleans Saints to go OVER 47. My reasoning is pretty simple you have the 2 best qbs in the league facing off in a perfect environment, a dome. Brady and Brees should both find the endzone several times and I see this game going into the 50s which will give me the cover and the win.

I will be back late Wednesday night if I have picks on the Thursday and/or Friday games.

CONGRATS to the KANSAS CITY CHIEFS, for yet another unbelieveable comeback in the Super Bowl. I believe they are the first team in NFL history to come from behind in all 3 of their playoff games. Mahomes is now the youngest player to win the Super Bowl MVP, good for him. Well our football season is now over and I am very happy with my final stats except for my bowl picks. So sad but true it is now time to go through football withdrawl. Thanks again and I hope you come back next year. Below are my final stats for the pros and the college.
