So the Pats lose at home again for the second time this year and the Vikings sink lower into an abyss. the Packers lose to Tennessee and Dallas keeps rolling with Dak. My BFF B-Jay feels bad for Romo but if you are a Cowboys fan life is good, even for Romo. LOL  Below are my updated stats for week 10 and my season stats. I will update my stats every week during the football season for both college and pros.

WEEK 10 STATS

BEST BETS       1-2 ATS and 1-2 SU

REGULAR PLAYS  3-2 ATS and 3-2 SU

2016 SEASON STATS

BEST BETS     13-14 ATS and 15-12 SU

REGULAR PLAYS  28-21-1 ATS and 31-19 SU

I will probably put my pick for the Thursday NFL game if I pick it on my early college picks report. Otherwise as always my pro report will be online either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.

And as always - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

So here we are in week 10 of the NFL and I am at 500 with my best bets and my regular plays are in the black so all in all not that bad. It is hard when 6 teams go on a bye as it gives us less good choices but I try every week to give you what I think are the best plays of the weekend. So with that being said here are my picks for this week in the NFL.

BEST BETS

My FIRST BEST BET is on NEW ENGLAND at home spotting the Seattle Seahawks 7 points. The Pats are coming off a bye and this is never good news for the opposition as they are 11-2 SU/8-5 ATS with an average score of 29-16. I like the Pats at home against anyone and that includes Seattle who are traveling cross country off a short week for them after playing Monday night. I will lay the points and make the Pats my FIRST BEST BET.

My NEXT BEST BET is on the ATLANTA FALCONS/PHILADELPHIA EAGLES game to go OVER 50. Atlanta is almost scoring at will and their defense won't be much a threat for the Eagles. I don't want to call this a shootout as I think there will be times when the defenses win a few battles but when the final score is posted it will be in the high 50s. I like the over and I am making it my NEXT BEST BET.

My LAST BEST BET is once againt on the DALLAS COWBOYS on the road getting 2 1/2 points from Pittsburgh. Almost every taut sheet I've read has Pitt winning this game and covering. However, I just don't see it an I am backing the Boys here, which is hard being a diehard Giants fan. Dallas is hot and the Steelers are out of sync. You can definitely call this a gut feeling, but I am taking the Boys here and will gladly take the 2 1/2 points and make them my LAST BEST BET.

REGULAR PLAYS

As for regular plays I like the Green Bay/Tennessee game to go over 49.  I like the Miami/San Diego game to go over 48. I like Green Bay on the road giving the Tennessee Titans 2 1/2 points. I like the Chicago Bears /Tampa Bay Bucs game to go over 45.  And finally I like New York Jets at home giving the Los Angeles Rams a point.

Well that's it for this week in the NFL. I will be back next week with my college and pro picks.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

I think the ship has sailed for Minnesota as they once again did not look good, no AP no running game. They allowed Detroit to score a field goal at the end of regulation and then the Lions scored a td on the first possession in OT. Once again as in college my regular plays are kicking butt but my best bets are not. So below are my stats for this week. I will update my stats every week during the football season for both college and pros.

WEEK 9 STATS

BEST BETS   1-2 ATS and 2-1 SU

REGULAR PLAYS 4-2 ATS and 5-1 SU

2016 SEASON STATS

BEST BETS          12-12 ATS and 14-10 SU

REGULAR PLAYS  25-19-1 ATS and 28-17 SU

I don't know depending on the line whether I will make a pick on the Thursday night game between Cleveland and Baltimore. If I don't, I will be back Saturday night with my pro picks.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

Starting off yet another week with a regular win on Thursday night taking the over in the Atlanta game and it went way over. So with 3 less games again this week my pickins are slim but I did find a few games that are worth a bet.  So with that being said here are my picks for this week in the NFL.

BEST BETS

My FIRST BEST BET is on KANSAS CITY  at home spotting the Jacksonville Jaguars 7 points. Kansas City even without Alex Smith will win this game as the Jags fired their offensive coordinator this week and that can't be good. The Chiefs are undefeated at home and I see no reason that streak won't continue. I will lay the points and make the Chiefs my FIRST BEST BET.

My NEXT BEST BET is on the MINNESOTA VIKINGS at home giving 6 points to the Detroit Lions. I know Minnesota has lost it's last 2 games but they were on the road. The Vikes are 3-0 at home and they need this win to get back on track. With the line just under a td I will take them as they bounce back and win this game. I look for the Vikes to win by  double digits as they get back in the win column.  I am making the Vikes my NEXT BEST BET.

My LAST BEST BET is on the DALLAS COWBOYS on the road giving 7 points to the Cleveland Browns. The Boys are still going strong under Dak Prescott and I see no reason they won't keep that up against the lowly Browns. I actually have a friend who is a Brown's fan and I can feel for him but when it comes to betting I will keep betting against the Browns when they are facing a quality team. I don't know if my BFF B-Jay picked them this week but I let him have it after they beat the Eagles last week.  LOL So I will lay the points and take the Boys and make them my LAST BEST BET.

REGULAR PLAYS

With 1 regular play win already this week I like the Tennessee/San Diego game to go over 47.  I like the Indinapolis/Green Bay game to go over 54. I like Green Bay at home giving the Indianapolis Colts 7 points. I like the Philadelphia Eagles /New York Giants game to go over 43 And finally I like Seattle at home on Monday night giving Buffalo 7 points.

Well that's it for this week in the NFL. I will be back next week with my college and pro picks.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.

Too bad Minnesota didn't show up last night or I would have swept my best bets. I did end in the black with both my best bets and my regular plays so it was a good week.  I will update my stats every week during the football season for both college and pros.

WEEK 8 STATS

BEST BETS   2-1 ATS and 2-1 SU

REGULAR PLAYS 4-2 ATS and 4-2 SU

2016 SEASON STATS

BEST BETS          11-10 ATS and 12-9 SU

REGULAR PLAYS  21-17-1 ATS and 23-16 SU

I am looking at the Thursday night game between Tampa Bay and Atlanta so you may see a pick from me on that game. Otherwise, I will be back Saturday night with my pro picks.

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.
