Well I come into the weekend with a best bet win on the over in the Thursday game between Washington and Dallas but I lost on regular play with the Skins. I hope to keep both my best bets and regular plays in the black. So here are my picks for this rest of this week in the NFL.
BEST BETS
My FIRST BEST BET was on the WASHINGTON REDSKINS/DALLAS COWBOYS game going OVER 44 1/2. Winner
My NEXT BEST BET is on the MINNESOTA VIKINGS on the road getting 3 points from the Atlanta Falcons. The Vikings are a very hot team right now winning their last 7 games and going 6-1 ATS and 4 of those wins were on the road. They are getting points here and I will take them. I like Vikes here and I am making them my NEXT BEST BET.
My NEXT BEST BET is on the CAROLINA PANTHERS/NEW ORLEANS SAINTS game to go OVER 47 1/2. Anytime I can get a Saints game under 50 I am going to bet it. This has the added bonus of a nice streak as the last 6 times these 2 teams have played in New Orleans they have gone over 5 times. There is no weather to contend with and both these teams are not the best defensive teams in the league. I am making the over my NEXT BEST BET.
My LAST BEST BET is on the NEW YORK JETS at home getting 3 1/2 points from the Kansas City Chiefs. The last 6 games these 2 teams have played the home team has won and that's a good enough streak for me. Also the Chiefs have been in a real slump and the Jets have pretty much been in every game. So until the Chiefs so me they can play like they did at the beginning of the year I will take the points and make this my LAST BEST BET.
REGULAR PLAYS
As for regular plays I already had a loss with Washington not winning or covering Thursday night against Dallas. I like the Chicago Bears at home giving 3 points to the San Francisco 49ers. I like the Baltimore Ravens at home giving 3 points to the Detroit Lions. I likes the Detroit Lions/Baltimore Ravens game to go over 42. Finally I like the Green Bay Packers at home giving 2 points to the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Well that's it for the this week in the NFL. The only college game next week is the Army/Navy game and then bowl season starts but I will be back next week with my pro picks.
