I am hoping that last week was a travesty and that I will get back on track again. There are just a few games I like this week as the quarterback situation has some teams playing with backups and then there is Dallas that gets Romo back. I am not making a pick on the Buffalo/New England game because I really don't know which Buffalo team will show up. So without further adieu here are  my picks for week 11 in the NFL.

BEST BETS

My FIRST BEST BET this week again is on the CAROLINA PANTHERS at home giving the Washington Redskins 7 1/2 points. Yes I know Washington had a monster game last week but they were home on the road the Skins are 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS. I just don't believe the Panthers are going to have a letdown against the Skins or anybody for that matter. The Panthers are in a zone and I just don't see anyone challenging them especially at home.  I am making the Panthers my first BEST BET of the week.

My NEXT BEST BET this week is on the SEATTLE SEAHAWKS at home giving the San Francisco 49ers 13 points. The only thing I have got to say about this game is if the Hawks don't pound the 49ers into the ground who haven't won a game on the road all season, I for one will be shocked. Seattle scored 32 against the Cardinals last week and I can see them scoring at least that against the 49ers, who may score 10.  I am making the Seahawks my next BEST BET of the week.

My NEXT BEST BET is on the DENVER BRONCOS/CHICAGO BEARS game OVER 40 1/2. The Bears can score even if they don't win at home much and maybe Osweiler who is replacing Peyton and played for ASU a passing team might give the Denver offense a spark. I think both these teams can and will score at least 3 touchdowns apiece which is a cover. I will make the OVER in this game my next BEST BET for this week.

My LAST BEST BET this week is on the OAKLAND RAIDERS/DETROIT LIONS game OVER 47 1/2. Both these teams can score and being in a dome the weather is perfect both have outstanding kickers in Janakowski and Prater so even if they don't score a td on every possession getting a field goal will be automatic. Both Stafford and Carr have outstanding recievers and both their defenses are mediocre at best. So I see no reason why this game won't go over the total so I will make the OVER in this game my last BEST BET of the week.

REGULAR PLAYS

As for regular plays I like Philadelphia at home giving Tampa Bay 6 points. I also like Dallas Cowboys on the road getting a point from Miami. I like Arizona at home giving 4 points to Cincinnati. And finally I like the OVER 44 1/2 in the Redskins/Panthers game, the and OVER 48 in the Bengals/Cardinals game.

Well that's it for this week in the NFL...

And as always  - Remember to bet with your head and not over it.
