I would love to have a week like last week and there are plenty of games out this week where the spreads are a little surprising to me. So here's hoping I can keep my streak of all categories in the black going. Here are my picks for week 12 in college football. 

My first best bet is on WISCONSIN on the road giving Indiana 20 1/2 points. One of the co-owners of this website has been all over Wisky most of the season and with justifiable reason as they have quietly been knocking people off and are currently on a 4 game winning streak, SU and ATS. Indiana on the other hand was on a 3 game losing streak until they beat Illinois last week but the Illini aren't the Badgers. The stats overwhelmingly favor Wisky as they have won 6 out of 7 ATS versus the Hoosiers and have won and covered the last 3 by a 204-41 margin. So this will make my friend happy as I am making Wisconsin a BEST BET.

My next best bet is on VIRGINIA TECH at home giving Maryland 16 points. I got to watch VT last week play Miami and even though the Hurricanes were not at the top of their game, VT impressed me dominating Miami on their home field winning by 18. Maryland on the other hand who started out winning their first 4 games has since lost 4 out of the last 5 SU and only had one cover in those 5 games. Of course there has to be a stat that really swayed me onto VT and it is that they have won and covered the last 5 games against Maryland. So with Maryland in some kind of a swan song is ripe for the Hokies to crush and that is exactly what I think will happen here.  So I am making Virginia Tech a BEST BET.

My last best bet this week is on the SMU MUSTANGS at home giving UConn 14 points. I also got to watch SMU play Cincy last week and even though they were down they made a valiant comeback in the 4th quarter to lose by only 3 points, while the Huskies were beaten up by the Louisville Cardinals but did manage to backdoor cover the spread, even though they only had 3 points almost the whole game getting a meaningless TD with under a minute left. UConn hasn't won a game in almost a year and I don't see this one going their way as SMU has a decent offense and UConn's offense is just plain offensive barely averaging 14 points a game. So with the Mustangs still having a slim chance to make a bowl game I am making SMU my last BEST BET. 

My regular plays this week are - Ohio State on the road giving Illinois 32 points. Florida State at home giving Syracuse 39 points. Finally I like Colorado State on the road giving New Mexico 6 1/2  points.

My underdogs this week are - Houston on the road getting 15 1/2 points from Louisville. I also like Nevada at home getting 7 1/2 points from San Jose State. Finally I like USC on the road getting 3 points from Stanford.  

As for over/unders - I like Syracuse/Florida State over 55, Oregon State/Arizona State over 65 1/2, and last but not least Indiana/Wisconsin over 70.
