FINALLY a great ending to this year's bowl season and with only 1 game left the Big one between Clemson and Alabama I will end up in the black with my best bets as I swept my best bets going 4-0 ATS and SU even though I had TCU favored by a point when the final line ended up TCU getting 7 points thanks to Boykin being stupid. Also did well with my regular plays going 3-0-1 ATS and 3-1 SU once again even though the ASU game line went up to 2 1/2. So here are my almost final stats on this year's bowl season as I will be having a pick on the championship game on January 11th.

I would once again to wish everyone a very Happy New Year 2016.
Well it was once again a so so week in the college bowls for me. Can't seem to get in the black just 500 and that's not winning, but it is what it is, and I will keep making picks and with some luck get into the black. So with that being here are my picks for this week Friday 1/1 and Saturday 1/2. I have also updated my stats which I will do again when I post my Friday and Saturday picks for 2016.

In the TAXSLAYER.COM BOWL I am making the GEORGIA BULLDOGS giving a 6 1/2 points to Penn State on Saturday 1/2.
In the CITRUS BOWL I am making MICHIGAN giving 4 points to Florida a BEST BET on Friday 1/1.
In the SUGAR BOWL between the OKLAHOMA STATE COWBOYS/MISSISSIPPI RUNNIN REBELS I am taking the OVER 67 as a BEST BET on Friday 1/1.
REGULAR PLAYS
In the Fiesta Bowl I am taking Notre Dame/Ohio State over 57 as a regular play on Friday 1/1.
In the Alamo Bowl I am taking Oregon/TCU over 77 as a regular play on Saturday 1/2.
In the Cactus Bowl I am taking West Virginia/Arizona State over 64 as a regular play on Saturday 1/2.

In the BIRMINGHAM BOWL between the MEMPHIS TIGERS/AUBURN TIGERS I am taking the OVER 63 as a BEST BET on Wednesday 12/30.
In the ARMED FORCES BOWL I am making AIR FORCE getting 7 points from California a BEST BET on Tuesday 12/29. Always like military teams in bowl games.
In the MILITARY BOWL I am making NAVY giving 3 points to Pittsburgh a BEST BET on Monday 12/28. Like I said I always like military teams in bowl games.
In the BELK BOWL I am making MISSISSIPPI STATE giving 5 points to North Carolina State a BEST BET on Wednesday 12/30. I have seen both teams play and I like what I saw with the Bulldogs.
In the PEACH BOWL between the HOUSTON COUGARS/FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES I am taking the OVER 55 as a BEST BET on Thursday 12/31.

In the Russell Athletic Bowl I am taking North Carolina/Baylor over 69 as a regular play on Tuesday 12/29.
In the Arizona Bowl I am taking Nevada/Colorado State over 55 as a regular play on Tuesday 12/29.
In the Orange Bowl I am taking Oklahoma/Clemson over 63 1/2 as a regular play on Thursday 12/31.
In the Cotton Bowl I am making Michigan State gettint 10 points from Alabama on Thursday 12/31 a regular play.

First week of bowl season was not as good as I would have liked but 50/50 isn't horrible. A lot of teams surprised me by either covering or wining outright, Temple floored me, Bowling Green what the hell?? So from here on out I guess nothing will surprise me, but who knows, that's why they call it gambling. So I've looked over these Saturday games and I have a few I like but not many as quite a few are near or on the number I thought. So here are my picks for the games on Saturday 12/26.

In the SUN BOWL between MIAMI/WASHINGTON STATE I am taking the OVER 62 as a BEST BET. If you have watched any WSU games this year you know this is a good bet and their qb Falk will be playing and he has thrown for 36 tds this year setting a school record. WSU also can be scored on and as long as Miami can put a few tds on the board and they will this game will go over the total long before the game is over.
In the PINSTRIPE BOWL between INDIANA/DUKE I am taking the OVER 70 as a BEST BET. This one is also a strong play for me as the Hoosiers went over their last 6 games and Duke went over 5 out of their last 6. Those are pretty strong streaks to me.

In the Foster Farms Bowl I am making UCLA giving 6 points to Nebraska a regular play.
In the Heart of Dallas Bowl I am making Washington giving 8 1/2 points to Southern Mississippi a regular play.

Well if only I had made my regular plays best bets I would still be perfect but I didn't and now I will have to think harder what I will make best bets and what I will make regular plays. So with that being here are my picks for this week Monday 12/21 thru Thursday 12/24. I have also updated my stats which I will do again when I post my Saturday 12/26 picks.

In the MIAMI BEACH BOWL between WESTERN KENTUCKY/SOUTH FLORIDA I am taking the OVER 66 as a BEST BET on Monday 12/21. The Hilltoppers can score a lot of points but they also give up a lot of points. I see this game as a shootout.
In the GODADDY.COM BOWL between GEORGIA SOUTHERN/ BOWLING GREEN I am taking the OVER 66 as a BEST BET on Wednesday 12/23. Both these teams can put up points and I see this going over the total easily.
In the GODADDY.COM BOWL I am also making BOWLING GREEN spotting Georgia Southern 7 1/2 points a BEST BET on Wednesday 12/23. Bowling Green is an awesome 7-1 ATS on the road and I see that streak continuing.
In the HAWAII BOWL I am also making SAN DIEGO STATE getting 1 1/2 points from Cincinnati a BEST BET on Thursday 12/24. SDSU is very use to making the trip to Hawaii, Cincinnati not so much. The Aztecs are also on a 9 game winning streak, and you know I love streaks.

In the Miami Beach Bowl I am making South Florida giving 2 1/2 points to Western Kentucky on Monday 12/21 a regular play.
In the Boca Raton Bowl on Tuesday 12/22 I am taking Toledo/Temple over 49 1/2 as a regular play.
In the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl I am making Utah State giving 6 points to Akron on Tuesday 12/22 a regular play.
