Week 12 and more games have been cancelled or postponed this week, just keep hoping we will get this season in and everybody is safe. So below are my picks for this week in college.

My first pick is Pittsburgh at home getting 3 1/2 points from Virginia Tech.  I just think they have the wrong team favored.

My next pick is Northwestern at home getting 7 1/2  points from Wisconsin.  I think Northwestern will keep this game within the spread.

My next pick is the Liberty/North Carolina State game going over 65.  Both these can score and I think this total is doable.

My next pick is Boise State on the road giving Hawaii 13 points. I love my Smurfs and I am picking them here.

My last pick is Oregon at home giving 14 points to UCLA. This is my first pick in the PAC12 and I think Oregon is a much better team right now than UCLA and they are home.

Some of the other games on my radar were Florida on the road giving 31 points to Vanderbilt. Nebraska at home spotting 14 to Illinois. Air Force at home spotting New Mexico 7 1/2 points on Friday night. Oklahoma at home spotting Oklahom State 7 points. Kansas State on the road getting 12 points from Iowa State and I like the over 44 1/2 in this game as well. My big underdog this week is Indiana on the road getting 21 points from Ohio State.

I will be back late Saturday night with my NFL picks.

Week 11 and there are even more games cancelled or postponed this week, so this will be brief as I have had to redo who I liked 4 times already so I will just give you my picks this week. So below are my picks for this week in college.

My first pick is Penn State on the road giving 3 points to Nebraska.  PSU can't afford to fall to 0-4.

My next pick is Georgia Southern at home giving 10 points to Texas State.  Georgia Southern is the much better team here and they are home.

My next pick is the East Carolina/Cincinnati game going over 55 on Friday night.   These 2 teams score over 80 last year so 55 doesn't seem that much.

My next pick is the Louisville/Virginia game going over 65. Both these teams can score so I see this over as very doable.

My last pick is Nevada on the road giving 16 points to New Mexico. This isn't really a road game for Nevada as New Mexico is playing in Las Vegas this year and they are not very good.

Some of the other games on my radar were Rutgers at home giving 6 points to Illinois. Florida at home spotting 16 to Arkansas. Marshall at home spotting MTSU 24 points. Kentucky spotting Vanderbilt 17 points. Fresno State spotting Utah State 10 points. Houston giving 10 points to South Florida. Florida State/North Carolina State going over 58. Wisconsin/Michigan going over 53. My underdog this week is South Carolina getting 12 1/2 points from Mississippi. And finally Indiana giving Michigan State 7 points.

I will be back late Saturday night with my NFL picks.

So here we are in Week 10 and we are still playing college football. With that being said there are 10 games that have been postponed this week - North Texas, Army, Navy, Washington, Wisky, Virginia, Rice, Utah, MTSU and UTEP. I hope all the players get well and comeback to finish the season.  So below are my picks for this week in college.

My first pick is Memphis at home giving 17 points to South Florida.  The Bulls are not having a good season as their only win this year was against the Citadel a FCS team. Memphis got clocked last week by Cincinnati and will be looking to take out their frustrations on USF. I will lay the big points and take the Memphis Tigers to win and cover.

My next pick is Boston College on the road giving 14 points to Syracuse(Sorry Sean).  BC lost a heartbreaker last week against Clemson who had to come from behind to beat the Eagles. Cuse lost last week at home to Wake Forest, not a good sign for this week as BC is much better than WF. I look for BC to rebound after their loss last week and beat Cuse. I will lay the 14 points and back BC here.

My next pick is Cincinnati at home spotting Houston 12.5 points.  I have been watching the Bearcats and they are winning almost for fun as they are now 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS and have covered the last 2 against SMU and Memphis not exactly pushovers. Houston comes into this game losing at home last week to UCF by 23 points so I have no problem spotting them 13 this week. I also think the over is in play in this game at 54. Give me Cincy to keep their SU and ATS streaks going.

My next pick is the Washington State/Oregon State game going over 63.5. This is one of my streaks plays as these 2 teams have gone over the total the past 7 years and I can't see any reason this year will be different. I like the over here to continue the streak.

My last pick is Iowa State at home giving 13 points to Baylor. I really don't know what is wrong with Baylor this year but their offense is offensive. This is also Baylor's 3rd road game in the past month. ISU is coming home after a 2 game road trip where they went 1-1. I can see Purdy and company taking command of this game and easily covering the 13 points. Give me the Cyclones in the first home game in 3 weeks.

Some of the other games on my radar were Hawaii at home giving 15 points to New Mexico, this is Hawaii's first home game of the year, but I know squat about the Lobos right now. I think Ohio State and Oklahoma will both win but both the spreads are 38 so it just depends when they pull their starters. I am leaning toward Florida getting 3 from Georgia but I smell a rat in this game. I think Indiana getting 3.5 from Michigan is doable but Michigan lost last week so I don't know if I would touch this game. I like 2 underdogs this week I like East Carolina at home getting 3.5 from Tulane and West Virginia on the road getting 6.5 from Texas. Some overs I like are Houston/Cincinnati, South Alabama/Coastal Carolina, North Carolina/Duke and Maryland/Penn State. And finally I think my Boise State Smurfs will beat BYU outright but I can't pull the trigger on this game as BYU's qb Zack Wilson is on fire this year.

I will be back late Saturday night with my NFL picks.

Week 9 and the sad news is that Trevore Lawrence is out for Clemson this week and possibly next week with a postive COV19 test. A few more games have been cancelled this week including Wisky/Neb, Marshall/FIU and North Texas/UTEP. So I had a good week last week going 4 out of 5 losing my WVU/TxT game, but very pleased all in all. So below are my picks for this week in college.

My first pick is Tulsa at home on Friday giving 17 points to East Carolina.  I know this line is a little high but believe it or not this is Tulsa's first home game and they will be heading out on the road again next week at Navy. Tulsa is 4-0 ATS the last 4 against the Pirates and you know how I love trends. Give me the Golden Hurricanes to win and cover this hugh number.

My next pick is Minnesota on the road on Friday giving 20 points to Maryland.  It seems that Maryland is still in a rebuilding phase as they only scored 3 points last week against Northwestern while the Gophers managed to score 24 against Michigan. Laying almost 3 tds is scary but it is Halloween weekend so just saying "I ain't afriad of no scary ghosts and goblins. Give me Minny to win and cover.

My next pick is Mississippi on the road giving 16 points to Vanderbilt.  I actually watched Mississippi last week lose the game to Auburn and on a call that should have been reviewed and wasn't and now the SEC is apologizing to the Rebels. However, Lane Kiffin is beyond furious and righfully so and I can see him and his team taking their frustrations out and beating the snot out of Vandy. Give me the angry Rebels.

My next pick is the Iowa State/Kansas game going over 52. Kansas is awful and the Cyclones are pissed about losing last week so I think ISU could go over this total by themselves. So I will call this game to go into the 60s especially if ISU lets the Jayhawks score a td or 2.

My last pick is Georgia on the road giving 16 points to Kentucky. The Bulldogs have had 2 weeks to lick their wounds being beat soundly by Alabama. Kentucky has a decent team but offensively their starting qb this week has passed a grand total of 6 times, so if they are going to have a chance they are going to have to run against the Bulldogs and if I know that you better believe so does Georgia. I like Georgia to rebound here against basically a 1-dimensional team.

Some of the other games on my radar were Iowa State giving 28 points to Kansa, like ISU to rebound but don't want to get backdoored again by Kansas. I also Cincy to cover the 6 points against Memphis and I also like the over 55 in this game. I like Indiana to cover the 10 points against Rutgers but is this the new Rutgers team or is Mich State that bad. I like Notre Dame to cover the 19 points against Georgia Tech but a little nervous they are looking ahead to the Clemson showdown. I think my Boise State Smurfs will cover the 14 against Air Force but I want to see how they do on the road first. I like the over 59 in the Temple/Tulane game. I like Ohio State at Penn State but I don't like laying 11 1/2 to PSU. I like A&M to cover the 12 points against Arkansas but I can see a possible backdoor cover. I like North Carolina to cover the 6 poinst against Virginia but not one of my top picks. And finally I think BYU and Zack can name the number against WKU but they may sit Zack in the 2nd half and that 28 1/2 number is screaming backdoor cover.

I will be back late Saturday night with my NFL picks.

Week 8 and we welcome the BIG10 and Mountain West conferences and now we have more games to choose from but except for OSU I am going to wait a week to see what we have.  Anyway below are my picks for this week in college.

My first pick is Ohio State at home giving 26 points to Nebraska.  This Buckeye team has ground to makeup and they will start with the Cornhuskers. Buckeyes to cover this number.

My next pick is Alabama on the road giving 21 points to Tennessee.  This is a Bama team that is on fire offensively with Mac Jones tossing 10 tds and 2 ints the past 3 games. I can't see Vols qb Guarantano even remotely keeping up with Jones.(no pun intended) Saban and the Tide will ROLL.

My next pick is Liberty at home giving 10 points to Southern Mississippi.  This Liberty team has been on my radar now for a few weeks and after watching them beat Cuse on the road by 17, I have finally decided to back them this week. The Flames are on a 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS. The Golden Eagles have had multiple COVID problems and their interim HC just tested positive, this a team in disarray. I give the nod to Liberty here to take control of this game early and never look back.

My next pick is the Tulsa/South Florida game on Friday night going over 50. I know these 2 teams usually go under the total, but if you look at the Bulls defensively they are allowing almost 40 pts a game and with and o/u of 50 I will call this an over.

My last pick is West Virginia on the road giving 3 points to Texas Tech. The Mountaineers, I am sure had this game circled as the got beat by the Red Raiders last year on their home turf by 3 tds their first loss SU and ATS to the Red Raiders in 3 years. Look for the WVU to easily cover the 3 points.

Some of the other games on my radar were Iowa State getting 3 points from Okie State, I think they win this game outright just wish it wasn't on the road. I also like Boston College at home giving Georgia Tech 3 points, it's a mystery to me why BC gets no respect. I think Air Force will beat SDSU by at least a td only because this is SDSU's first game. I think KSU can name the score against rival Kansas but 20 is backdoor coverable. I like Wisky on Friday night at home to beat Illinois but maybe 19 points is too much for both of these teams first game. I think my Boise State Smurfs will come out of the gate swinging and without Love, Utah State will not be a big threat but 19 is a lot to spot for both of these teams first game. I think South Carolina could cover and possibly win against LSU but the game is in Baton Rouge and it's at night, but I think the Gamecocks keep it within the 7 points. And finally I think Miami will easily handle Virginia.

I will be back late Saturday night with my NFL picks.
